You have a 30-day window, starting from the date you receive your item, to request a return.

2. Return Conditions:
For a return to be accepted, the item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be in the same condition as when received.
- The item must be unworn or unused.
- All tags must be intact.
- The item should be in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

3. Initiating a Return:

Note that returns must be initiated through our customer support email. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

5. Damages and Issues:
If your order arrives with a defect, damage, or an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will promptly address the issue and make it right.

6. Exchanges:
For a faster exchange process, follow these steps:
- Initiate a return for the item you wish to exchange.
- Once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. Refunds:
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
